At Need a Friend, we are committed to transparency and professionalism in all our services. Below is a detailed explanation of our service fees, VAT invoices, and the benefits and limitations of each booking option.

🧾 VAT Invoices (Hóa đơn đỏ)

All service fees listed on our website already include 10% VAT in accordance with Vietnamese tax law.

We always issue official VAT invoices (hóa đơn đỏ) for every completed payment, which provides you with:

- Legal proof of transaction

- Ability to use the invoice for tax deduction or company reimbursement (if eligible)

- Transparency and compliance with accounting standards

This reflects our commitment to being a registered and trustworthy business in Vietnam.

🔹 1 Hour Option

✅ Flexible: You can reschedule or change session time if you’re busy

❌ No discounts

❌ After 1 hour ends, you need to book and pay again

🔹 1 Day, 1 Month, 1 Year Options

✅ Discounted rates (you save more the longer you book)

✅ No need to make multiple payments after each hour

❌ You cannot reschedule or pause time usage — once booked, the time is counted whether you use it or not

❌ Fixed time window: If you're busy, unused time is not refunded or extended

Regardless of which option you choose:

✅ No price increases on weekends or holidays

✅ We are available 365 days a year, including public holidays

✅ You will always have someone ready to listen whenever you need, any time, any day

✅ What’s Included in All Service Options

Whether you book 1 hour, 1 day, 1 month, or 1 year, the following are always included:

🖥️ Online Conversations

- Enjoy warm, relaxed, and confidential conversations from the comfort of your home.

- Conducted via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, or another platform of your choice.

- You can share your thoughts, feelings, and stories without judgment, and be heard with respect and care.

🤝 Offline (In-Person) Conversations

- Meet face-to-face at a safe and mutually agreed public location. Examples include: cafés, public parks, libraries, or co-working spaces.

- We ensure all meetings are platonic, respectful, and bound by clear rules and safety protocols.

This gives you the freedom to choose the format that best suits your comfort and lifestyle.

💡 Additional Fees for Offline Sessions

While our service fee covers the conversation session itself, clients are responsible for any extra costs arising from meeting in person. This includes:

🚕 Transportation costs: If the chosen location requires travel, any taxi, Grab, or public transit fares for the listener are the client’s responsibility (if agreed in advance).

🎟️ Entry fees: If meeting in a place with a ticketed entry (e.g., a museum or event), the client covers the listener’s ticket.

🍽️ Meals & drinks: If meeting at a café or restaurant, clients are kindly expected to cover the cost of the listener’s basic drink (e.g., tea or coffee), but meals are not required.
